Dear PA,
My business seems to be consuming my life and the well being of my family. I haven’t had a vacation in 2 ½ years. We have three kids under the age of six and my wife is losing patience with me. My question to you is, will there ever come a point when I can trust that my 27 employees will live up to my high standards of performance? How do you create an organization that can sustain itself and isn’t so dependent on me, the owner? My current accountant doesn’t seem to have any answers (to be honest, it feels like he doesn’t really care). I know there has to be a better way. How would a passionate accountant approach my situation?
